Silence, sound and music form the foundation of my soul’s path and life experiment. Each are archetypal, creating individual meaning and holding the power to create and destroy through neurological pathways.​​
Alchemical Crystal Bowl Music
The sounds of the alchemical crystal bowls played by me and recorded by the Apothecary of Sound are from my mixed chakra and endocrine set named Shimmering Luminescence. They sound in the key of B, the grounded crown and are tuned to 440Hz, the tuning of modern day music, with an element of 528Hz, the tuning of Unconditional Love and DNA repair. The following alchemies are included: Ruby with White Light Aura Gold, Abalone with Platinum, Lemon Aura Gold, Charcoal with Aqua Aura Gold, Divine Kyron with Apophylite, Morganite, Imperial Topaz, Pink Emerald, Platinum, Silver and Indigo, Celestite with Palladium, Indigo with Pink Aura Gold, Yagna with Platinum, Lepidolite with White Light Angel and a Practioner bowl with Aqua Aura Gold.

This is the first lullaby in a series to come through the Apothecary of Sound. Many words of Dr. C.G. Jung carry archetypal resonance. His words describing a dream as “a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the soul, opening into that cosmic night which was psyche long before there was ego-consciousness and which will remain psyche no matter how far our ego-consciousness extends” (CW 10, para. 304) inspired the melody, frequency and chant of artistic expression through the Apothecary of Sound.
This lullaby for dreaming is dedicated to all those who understand and honor dreaming humbly as a spiritual practice.

The intention of “InDwelling” is to encourage psycho-spiritual attention to resonance and, perhaps, dissonance with the body as a source of wisdom. It is meant to be an exploration of consciously being with silence (to disengage from the outer world), of listening (to nourish that part of ourselves that knows something greater), of sounding (whether that is humming or chanting along with us in whatever octave wants to be expressed) and of moving (to allow your cells to feel into the impulse at this particular moment).
What if we regularly sounded, or allowed the body to sound naturally as a musical instrument? What if we knew the sound of our souls? What if, like birds, we were known by our song?
